This is another Raw & Vulnerable one...

Recently I moved through some intense sorrow and guilt - primarily involving what it took to leave my husband to choose the life I wanted for myself.

I still have so much love for him - and so much of the sorrow and guilt that I process and share in this video had to do with me having to hurt him to choose myself.

Buckle up for lots of tears and I continue pulling back the curtain on what it looks like to truly face and move challenging and dense emotions out of the boy.
