Black lives matter is a conversation that I believe all business owners need to be involved in.  And if you are a white business owner, it can be a challenging one.  In this episode, I share with you my personal thoughts and how I am carefully moving into the conversation; how I am moving forward to ensure that diversity and inclusion are clear and obvious in my brand and how I will continue to engage with social issues.   This is the start of an ongoing conversation and one that I hope you will join me in.
