No personal development journey exists without exercise!
In 2020 I hated the thought of working out- I procrastinated, avoided, and felt shame, regret, low feelings of self worth and image.
In 2024 I am addicted to movement, it has improved my mindset, self love and confidence greatly and I share all the feelings, habits and self talk I have along the way!
