Jacqueline Syndercombe is South African and has been living in France for the past 20 years. She has

worked in the corporate world in various administrative and financial positions in South Africa,

England and France. 

In 2005, she became very interested in gardening and very sensitive to the

ecology and the impact we as humans have on the environment. 

In 2019, she left the corporate environment to retrain as a Systemic Team Coach with the aim of accompanying employees at all levels of the organisation to finding their purpose and place and to help organisations transform to a sustainable and regenerative future. 

She launched her business in the first quarter of 2021 and believes business and organisations have a fundamental role in driving the change for the world.
