Mike Smith, CPA turned Human Capital Advisor is the CEO & Founder of Huddle Advisory, a human capital strategy firm that guides leaders and teams to peak performance. 

Mike has 25-years experience as an executive business partner working for some of the world’s most respected sports, media and entertainment organizations that include the NFL, NBC, Deloitte and Comcast. 

Mike transitioned from the finance role to Human Resources at the NFL where he created a process for interviews, recruitment, acquisition, onboarding and retention. As a result, Mike has met with hundreds of people and is well versed in the interview process and the importance of recruiting top, leadership talent. Mike even shares a personal experience about wearing the wrong shoes to an interview and how it impacted his confidence.
