In the new episode of Switch on Your Life, you will discover what I consider to be a successful mindset for listening deeply with the intent to capture the essence of a conversation.  In my case, I express it - or harvest it -  in the form of a poem. I am looking for something that goes beyond that, beyond what the participants are aware of at that moment.

The language of poetry is a powerful vehicle for deepening an experience and harvesting wisdom.  It speaks to the heart and the soul, not just the head.
