Mudita simply means being happy in the wellbeing or success of others. Often times we find ourselves not being completely happy for others - or we are as long as it is tied to our own level of happiness or success. on this episode I talk about how to change from that mindset and truly be happy for others and watch how abundance flows into our lives. I also touch a bit on the link between active gratitude and Mudita and how I managed to get there on most days.
