Pre-planning weeks can be super draining. At my school, we are going back in-person, but are preparing and planning for distance learning as well just in case we need to, so my brain is fried to say the least. But I really just want to have an open and honest conversation with you all about being the new kid, or teacher in this case, on the block, and how to navigate through those pre-planning weeks, and utilizing it to the best of your advantage.
In today's episode, I am going to give you six pieces of advice to take with you during those pre-planning weeks so you don't feel overwhelmed!
Advice
1. Be yourself.
2. Find your people.
3. Socialize.
4. Take time for you.
5. Write everything down.
6. Let others help you.
