Recently, I sat myself down to write a blog post about how to manifest a healthy body. But I didn't get very far before I started rethinking the whole thing.


Do you struggle with your body image? That can be anything from eating disorders, to over-working out or just hating everything you see in the mirror.


I know SO MANY women who struggle with these issues. And ultimately, I don't want to contribute to that. So today's episode is all about the big problem I see with body hatred and what I want to suggest instead.
