A case of mistaken identity leads to Nari & the Boys being openly attacked in the streets of Almar. It turns out Pine isn’t the only aged swordsman wearing Menorese blue here, as Richter makes himself known and confronts the attackers. As we begin Chapter 7, we join Nari & the Boys—minus one—as they arrive at last in Almar, the largest city on Pavantis. Reeling from the loss of their dear companion, our heroes set out to get their bearings and begin their search for vestiges of the ancient world, long-hidden beneath the city’s streets.
