Today's podcast is something I have been wanting to record for awhile now, but stopped because of fear. In this podcast we talk all things covid and how this impacts our trauma responses. We also talk about spiritual bypassing within the spiritual community: what it is and how to recognize it. Other topics we cover are how helping professions are inherently a power dynamic and how this can be harmful to our clients if not taken seriously.
