This beloved friend of mine is one that allows you to feel spacious, REALLY present and at peace... and who doesn't love all of those things, right?!

So take a moment to do this box breath... it'll be over before you know it and you'll probably be restarting this audio and doing it a second time because you won't want it to be over!
