Episode 12- Summer Consistency
We are now over the halfway point of summer. Over the past few weeks the gym have been very quite overall. This is not just one gym but many that I am at. Even though it's nice out, it is still important to keep up with weight training to reach our goals. I talk a bit about this as well as a few simple suggestions to incorporate weight training along with enjoying the beautiful summer.
