Is it ironic that (although this is rare) I got 3 hours of sleep before making this episode about a book I read on sleep? Eh, we've all been there. Dr. Matthew Walker explains a lot of science behind sleep and how it is easily the most neglected and underrated tool in our survival essentials pack (food, water, oxygen, and sleep). I will briefly explain what Dr. Walker believes the evolutionary benefits of sleep are. Then, I will explain quickly why less or no sleep is TERRIBLE for you and mainly provide you tips to help you get better sleep to be smarter, live longer, look younger, feel stronger and sharper, look leaner, and even improve your immune function (Don't believe me?
