Your happiness is not determined by achieving someone else's expectations of you. It's not determined by fulfilling their assumptions of what you should do and achieve in order to be happy. When was the last time someone asked you what you REALLY want? Instead of assuming and asking WHEN you're going to do a certain thing? 

In today's episode I am unpacking the societal belief that we must live a certain way, do certain things and that is what will make us happy. I am sharing how this belief may be contributing to your feelings of unease, stress, anxiety about your own life and how asking yourself what you really want is the starting point to creating the life you desire.
