Paul Stephanouk joined the videogame industry in 2000 as a designer for Big Huge Games working on Rise of Nations. Since then, he has designed, produced, and led creative teams both big and small for companies like Zynga, Schell Games, and most recently Electronic Arts. While he loves all aspects of making games, mechanics and systems design are what get him up in the morning.
