This week I want to bust the myth that eating low cal is the way to weight loss. It certainly is a way to crash diet, but it's also a way to end up with endocrine imbalances and a slow metabolism!

In this episode I break down TDEE and the changes eating low calorie will do to each component.

I then go into more detail about the effects on our endocrine system - think hormones!
