120,000 year old footprints found in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia’s Heritage Commission unveiled the discovery of a new archaeological site that dates back 120,000 years. The footprints of humans, elephants and predators were discovered around an ancient dry lake on the outskirts of Tabuk, in the kingdom's northwestern region.

James Langton speaks to Richard Clark-Wilson of Royal Holloway University of London, the co author of the official report on the discovery, about why they were there and what makes them so important to the story of humankind.
