She’s worked as a Social Worker for 22 years and also is a NLP coach, EFT Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. She mainly works with women to up-level their mindset and achieve their goals. And of course loves all things spiritually too and mix this into her work.

Yvonne understands past trauma and negative experiences often leave individuals feeling ‘stuck’ and unable to move on with their lives. 

She uses a combination of techniques to help people address the ongoing issues which have stopped them moving on with their lives of fear, anxiety, physical pain, phobias, habits, weight management, sleep and many more issues.
