Dr. Miranda Yaver is an assistant professor of health policy and management and teaches within the undergraduate program in public health. She a political scientist whose research lies at the intersection of health politics, inequality, and administrative burden in U.S. health insurance. Her research has appeared in the American Journal of Political Science, Journal of Law, Economics and Organization, Scientific Reports, and the Journal of Health Politics, Policy, and Law, with additional health politics writings in such outlets as The New York Times and The Washington Post. She was previously an assistant professor of political science at Wheaton College in MA.
