Kathy Helbig- Strick had  been a full-time realtor for 25 years, She’s a broker, through one of the St. Louis area's highest selling teams over the last 23 years, She coded Keller Williams franchise and helped bring that brand to St. Louis for 10 years, after that she sold her franchise back and went independent. She was the broker owner/CEO of a 40 agent independent brokerage for nearly 5 years before merging with EXP 1 year ago.

She also assists her husband in their mortgage company where they help agents unlock the mortgage money and service their coyotes as well as creating a legacy line of income for them through mortgage.
