Fear is a natural part of leadership, because leaders are always pushing forward, trying to make change and improve their workplaces. They are taking on responsibility and dealing with difficult situations every day.

In this episode, I discuss some common fears of thoughtful leaders and some ways to try to reduce their impact on your leadership.
