The final sample from the pack I grabbed when I was at the Distillery in July, is the Otago Pinot Barrel Whisky. Matured in ex-Red Wine Barrels from Maude Wines in Otago, I'm expecting something similar to the Starward Nova...but there's only one way to find out.
