My friends, Dr. Christine Jehu and Meredith Coviello, and I take you behind the scenes of EmpowerHER Live, a women's personal growth conference/event, we went to in October of 2022. We dive into our intentions going into the event, how we were impacted during the event, and what led up to Christine inviting Meredith and I to try the externalizing the problem exercise I talked about in last week's episode. Together, Christine and Meredith and I debrief and process in more depth how this exercise truly helped us to CRACK WIDE OPEN in the best way possible. For both Meredith and I, this exercise and the new tools we learned from it is what'll empower us to step into the next version of ourselves.
