J.C. Lippold is a fitness coach, a marathon runner and yoga instructor creating awesome spaces for people to sweat, learn, and collaborate. 

We unpack his journey of getting into the fitness industry after he seriously injured his back moving his piano (by the way, the guy is an incredible singer). J.C. also talks about his Sweaty Nomad project where he goes into a new fitness space every single day and documents his experiences in these spaces.
