When we are hurt by those closest to us, those who are suppose to be the people we can trust, the pain runs deep and it can be  incredibly difficult to forgive.

You may be afraid to forgive and let go because if you let our guard down, it may happen again, causing more pain and making you look like a fool for trusting them. You may have tried to forgive but can't seem to get the thoughts and visions from replaying over and over again in your mind. 

In this episode, we're diving into why forgiving someone is so crucial for your own healing, as well as three essential steps to help you truly forgive in your heart, let go of the pain, and move forward to restoring your relationship.
