They decided to build a technology platform dedicated to helping MSPs create SaaS and Microsoft service revenues when they noticed a shift towards cloud-based applications.

They talk in detail about the Augmentt solution: which tech tool category it falls into, their approach to cybersecurity and how the solution helps with MFA.
