Terminal Velocity – The constant speed that a freely falling object eventually reaches when the resistance of the medium through which it is falling prevents further acceleration.
Bemusing – Confusing or bewildering.
Parlayed – Converse or meet with a counterpart.
Medium – The substance in which an organism lives or exists in.
Myriad – An extremely great number or countless.
Sounding Board – A person or group whose reactions to suggested ideas are used as a test of their validity or likely success before they are made public.
Trajectory – The path followed by a projectile flying or an object moving under the action of given forces.
Cathartic – Providing psychological relief through the open expression of strong emotions.
Transferable skills – Qualities that can be transferred from one job to another.
Laborious – A task requiring considerable energy or effort.
Speculating – Forming a theory or conjecture about a subject without firm evidence.
Plateau – A state of little or no change following a period of activity or progress.
Combustible – Able to catch fire and burn easily.
Feasible – Possible to do easily or conveniently.
Coincide – Occur at or during the same time.
Versed – Experienced or skilled in; knowledgeable about.
