It was very much a nerve jangling time at Dean Court on Monday, but the win against Brentford showed a lot of desire, a lot of discipline, and even at times a little bit of swagger - so with the hoodoo against Brentford broken, will it stay broken?

The injuries we’ve got, the angry reaction we might get from the Brentford players, the thousands of Bees fans who’ll be packed into their new ground… it’s far from over.

But let's play the facts bare - we know our squad has got quality written all over it. We know that when the squad wants to perform - it can. We know that when everyone is playing to the best of their ability - Bournemouth get results. We also know that when there are no individual errors and there is a diligence on the ball - we are so much better.
