125. Trade-Offs In Your Health

We are faced with daily choices in our health: do I eat the thing or do I not eat the thing? do I sleep in or get up early? do I exercise or not exercise?
With each choice, there's a trade-off. Often we delay choosing in hopes there will be a choice without a trade-off. But in our not choosing, we make a choice. And those default choices move our life in a direction. Join me this week as I teach how to approach the trade-offs of each choice with intention and to thereby create the health you want.
