#126 BREAKING & EXITING

How’s Our Driving?

🚨 JESUS’ CHROMOSOMES, MECHANIC BODYCAMS, & FELONIOUS ROOFTOPPING 🚨

This week on The Pour Choices Show, we somehow go from getting older and losing hair to zombie apocalypse strategy, Harry Potter trivia, movie synonym games, and a Shakespeare fact that makes Hogwarts sound way less family-friendly.

We kick things off with David realizing his fresh haircut pile looked like he had just groomed an elderly dog, which naturally leads to another depressing conversation about aging. Chris has rogue greys, and is fighting the battle of the hairline. Nobody is winning. Time remains undefeated, the smug bastard.

Then things immediately get theological and stupid.

David asks whether Jesus being born from a virgin birth would mean he only had X chromosomes… and therefore whether Jesus was technically a woman. From there, we debate whether your funeral should be a party, what major city you’d want to be trapped in during a zombie apocalypse, and why getting carded twice in one week can apparently repair a man’s self-esteem.

We also get into Chris’s notes app, which has somehow become a digital junk drawer full of podcast topics, banking info, passwords, and probably the nuclear codes if he ever finds them.

Then the episode spirals:

• A couple gets arrested after climbing the Empire State Building for a proposal
• We debate whether that should count as burglary or “breaking and exiting”
• Chris explains why soccer is called soccer
• David compares the music from Schindler’s List and Harry Potter
• We dive into Today I Learned: Harry Potter Edition
• David admits he thought Crisco was a powder
• And we guess purple movie characters from nothing but their teeth

Then we play Guess the Movie From the Synonyms, where movie titles get rewritten into aggressively weird clue phrases, followed by a London Bridge remix battle between country and metal.

We wrap things up with a Shakespearean euphemism that makes “wit beyond measure” hit completely differently, this week’s Pour Choices, AskReddit questions about World Cup tourists in the U.S. & personal conspiracy theories, celebrity birthdays, and This Day in History.

It’s Harry Potter, movie games, aging panic, weird trivia, bad theories, and two grown men confidently overthinking things nobody asked them to explain.

If you like comedy podcasts with chaotic energy, pop culture debates, dumb hypotheticals, movie trivia, and conversations that go from Rogaine to Shakespearean penis jokes in under an hour… you’re in the right place.
