Magmar is indeed a VERY hot Pokémon, with its body temperature burning at 2,200° Fahrenheit. So because of this, it's typically seen near active volcanoes. If Magmar is ever in a cold place, it will blow hot flames all around to change the environment to its liking. Wow, selfish right?
