How do you gather and sort your thoughts when you are going through something or frustrated with someone? It is important for us to do our best to build the best connections with people in our lives. Many of us have someone who we can confide in but it helps to express our thoughts by writing them down. This is where I bring in the quote "Paper is more patient than People" from Anne Frank since occasionally those around us may not understand our situation or how to go about helping us.
