Mike is a Jiujitsu black belt under Fabio Clemente out in NYC. He trains BJJ at Team Fabio Clemente and is an avid competitor having won many competitions including the IBJJF NoGi Worlds, NOgi PanAms, and UAE JJ Trials! He started training Greco-Roman wrestling when he was a child growing up in Russia. 

On this episode he talks his upbringing and how it has shaped him as a man today. He also goes in depth on his training regimen, competition mindset, and everything in between.
