Maybe you aren't feeling resolutions this year? Maybe the thought of setting goals is just too much for your right now. Maybe you've got a vision board and it is blank because you just can't right now... that is OK!!!! 

I want to offer a different approach to the new year that might resonate better than resolutions and big ambitious goals.
