On Today's show, we discuss… 1.27 PPP-C. (Personality-Perspective-Purse-Candor). The nature of a good employee, teammate or team member that is hard to find. Can you determine the measure of how the Triple P-C speaks to you as a worker? Do you demand a salary that is not commensurate with your creativity, personality or work-ethic? Today, I discuss what these four aspects mean to me and give examples.

Purse – A sum of money given as a prize in a sporting contest, especially a boxing match.

Naive – Showing a lack of experience, wisdom, or judgment.
Dividends – A benefit from an action or policy.
Quantitative – Relating to, measuring, or measured by the quantity of something rather than its quality.
Anecdotal Evidence – Evidence collected in a casual or informal manner and relying heavily or entirely on personal testimony.
Succinct – Briefly and clearly expressed.
