Emily Plajer is 26 years old. She lives in FT. Lauderdale, Florida and is a realtor. She began competing in 2013 after being inspired by her mother who also competed. She then became quickly burnt out and took 5 years away from the stage.

In 2018, she became inspired again to give it another shot to go after her pro card so she began prep in 2019. After Covid 19 hit, she fell into a really dark pace where she fell off and stopped doing everything fitness related.

After being inspired again by a close friend she decided to give it another shot. She and her coach worked extremely hard and accomplished what not many professionals have been able to accomplish in such a short amount of time. Tune in to hear the full story.
