Tara McCarthy "grew up" in real estate you could say. Tara started her real estate career as her Mother's (who sold new construction) unpaid assistant and her first 'big kid' job as a receptionist for Keller Williams. She's never left!
Tara spent 10 years selling new construction for national home builders prior to taking on a role as the VP of Sales & Marketing for a private builder in Denver. In 2009 she, and her now Husband Cody, relocated to Scottsdale Arizona knowing not a single soul.
Within 3 years Tara was managing a multi-million dollar flipping enterprise with 20+ employees & purchasing power in excess of $250 million dollars. She & Cody flipped over 200 homes prior to moving back to her home state of CO in 2014.
Tara has since built a successful real estate business with partners across the nation & sells over $30m in
personal production, while continuing to flip homes. Her passion now lies in working with other agents to build
the businesses of their dreams.
