Lauri Accardi is a seasoned leader whose professional journey is rooted in emotional intelligence and a passion for helping people and businesses thrive. Her unique leadership approach is centered on the belief that people are at the core of any successful business, and by cultivating relationships, businesses can flourish.
Lauri's career began with her love of photography, which led her into creative direction and production roles. Her ability to translate creativity into operational excellence eventually guided her to program leadership. For seven years, Lauri was instrumental at Comcast, leading program management for all Xfinity consumer products and services. Now, she channels her expertise into CataPoint Consulting, where she blends her strategic leadership with Scaled Agile methodologies to help clients create clarity from chaos, streamline processes, and maximize business and customer value.
A voracious learner, Lauri is currently pursuing her MBA in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship, along with a concurrent Master's in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership (MMGT). She is deeply passionate about continuously finding smarter ways to work and grow, both personally and professionally. Lauri's commitment to learning fuels her ability to lead with precision in change management, program management, and agile principles, consistently delivering high-impact results.
Beyond her professional life, Lauri dedicates her time to supporting the pursuits of her three teenage sons and her 5-year-old daughter. She is actively involved in her community, serving as the Secretary of the 6th Assembly of the Penn State World Campus Student Government, an OMBA Peer Mentor, a SmartTrack Mentor, and a member of the recruitment committee for the OMBA program. She also serves as President and Secretary of the Board of Directors for The Children's House of Bucks County, a beloved Montessori preschool near her home. In addition, Lauri volunteers for various organizations that align with her values, always looking for ways to give back.
Her personal experiences have shaped her resilience and adaptability.
