Henry Duodu Appiah-Korang is an ordained pastor, Christian author, teacher, and ministry leader based in Ghana. Tim spent years serving in high consequence military environments where sleep deprivation, hyper vigilance, and pushing through pain were standard operating conditions. While this training saved lives, it also left a lasting imprint on the nervous system. Like many veterans, Tim experienced the long tail of service after leaving uniform, a body that remained on alert long after the danger had passed.
