Happy Tuesday, Happy Mars Day!
Typically, we save our meditative experience for Thursdays, but in today, I felt it was really important that our action item be breathing . . . intentional breathing . . . breathing that fills, that expands, that opens.
This is to help us clear the density within our bodies . . .
To rid the body of what is no longer serving us . . .
To create pockets of space where we can hold potential for fresh, new, beautiful energy to enter in.
