Mondays are connected to the Moon and are the perfect day for contemplation, intention setting, and beginning the week with a slow and soft energy. 

In today, we begin to set our intention for this week ahead by thinking:

"What are we holding onto so tightly that are no longer working for us? What are we being so rigid with?"

With this information, I encourage you to set your intention based on this.

For example,

"I will release my grip on _____ so that I may relieve pressure within my system."

The things that sit like cobwebs in our brains, persistent and reminding us of their presence, yet still not tackled!

And in today, we choose one of those to begin, to initiate, to start.

These projects and actions are on your heart for a reason.

I bet for sure that you will never say you regretted starting the project, but you may regret it if you never start it.

Today’s exercise is bold like our Cardinal energy, but it is also bold in a cheerleader/encouragement/support type of vibe!
