Happy Tuesday, Happy Mars Day & Happy New Moon in Cancer,

In today, I share a personal story about how I feel around the phrase "breaking the cycle" as Cancer as a sign plays a part in our ancestral connections and our home base.

With us setting up our home base and going after new dreams, limiting beliefs, questions, and more tend to come up and a lot of that can be rooted in ancestral ties that we may not even realize.

Today, for our action, we will reflect on this.

Being a new moon, instead of creating big, strong intentions, I recommend being softer with yourself this cycle. Roll with the emotional and sensitive elements of the Cancer sign and connect deeply to how you nurture yourself in your home space and how this was conditioned in you and passed down through your familial lines.

I hope today’s topic helps to bring awareness to where you may unintentionally be holding yourself back and where you can break free to be the you that you are meant to be.

This week's deep dive goes into the realization I had about how so much of our societal calendar is also deeply rooted in the signs and themes of the zodiac seasons.

Do you feel the itch to get organized for back to school because of the time of the year, or is it Virgo energy?

Do you feel determined to map out your New Year's Resolutions at the start of the new year, or is it Capricorn energy structuring you forward?

We dive into many more examples today in a way to see how in sync we are in so many ways with our calendar and how to use that to our advantage when it comes to productivity and ease.
