Brian created the Admissions Advantage to provide higher education admissions professionals with a practical, repeatable process that delivers consistent results.

Additionally, Brian manages the Brian Willett Group and is a respected author of leadership-themed topics. Brian has published over 500 articles and posts, and has been featured on sites such as lifehack.org and Career Education Review.
