13. Diet and Exercise is the Biggest Underrated Medicine!

We all know that focussing on eating well and doing some exercise is not going to do us any harm, in fact it is probably the biggest underrated 'Medicine' for our heath and wellbeing.

Depression can be mitigated very very effectively by simply Focussing on consistent Exercise, making a conscious effort to get Up and Out and do some exercise, and also eating better for yourself 

It is the ultimate foundation and stepping stone to improving our Mental Health and creating better Self Esteem and Self Care 

With so much emphasis on shutting down Gyms, locking people down more needs to be said on this!
