When you study anthropology and culture it becomes very obvious that there is no single human diet or way of eating. There is an extreme variety in plants, animals, herbs, and methods of preparation amongst the world’s population so why do so many “experts” recommend specific diets? With so many diets available today it can be extremely difficult to decide which the best one is. In this episode we go over why you shouldn’t even worry about diets and should instead focus on eating high quality, real food. Our ancestors considered food sacred and based their lives on acquiring the healthiest food possible. This is the approach we recommend and back it up with science, history, and personal experience.
