In today’s episode we are going to be talking all about one woman’s journey to resilience and how she overcame the traumas she experienced in life and ultimately turned them into opportunities for self growth and also to create ways to help others.

The goal of this episode is to focus on this beautiful self transformation she has gone through and how she emerged into the inspirational woman that she is.

Whilst we will be covering some heavier topics today I want to make the focus of this podcast on the positive growth and transformation that can come from trauma and how this can be used uplift and inspire others.

So today’s special guest is Constance Jones, who opens up about how she went from of growing up in an abusive house hold, attempted suicide at age 14, surviving a severe car crash which rendered her epileptic, and discovering she is infertile, to transforming her life and becoming a philanthropist, author and co-founder of the elevate foundation.
