In this episode Emily and Jasmine talk about the different energies surrounding having to do things VS choosing to do things.  Notice how hard we make things by telling ourselves we have to do something.  When instead we could make things a heck of a lot lighter by shifting our mindset and thoughts choosing and wanting to. They discuss how you might you eliminate, delegate, or redefine daily tasks and routines?  By identifying all the tasks you feel you have to do, taking inventory.  You can then begin to eliminate what doesn't work for you.  Then with the tasks that are left, notice why you want to do these things?  Noticing how am I on board with this already.  Redefining the task to make it more fun.  If your a person like us, feeling overwhelmed and resentful in your life.  And don't want to be. This episode is for you.
