When it comes to adding value there are 3 things we can do to to add value to our audience. According to Bill Carmody, we can ask ourselves the following: 1. Ask what our gift to the world is 2. Ask how I can help. and 3. Ask how I can add value to the person sitting next to me.

Are you using your gift to add value and make an impact? To make a splash? We can start using our gift right now by opening our mouth and speaking. Yes, we can do it, yes yes yes. We must speak in order to make a difference in order to help people. Give yourself grace -- God gives us grace, so we can give ourselves grace too. Let's do it. Just start.
