How to describe people who are smart and  have a good memory in Chinese?

1. 记性 memory

这个人 的 记性 真好。

zhè gè rén de jì xìng zhēn hǎo .

The man has a good memory.

2. 聪明 brainy

有些 人 天生 聪明。

yǒu xiē rén tiān shēng cōng míng .

Some people are born brainy.
